This text marks the transition from instabilidade pura (described in the previous point) for the physical consistency. The framework in OCE is clear: we are in a pre-biological and pre-symbolic domain, where the philosophical task is to describe how matter "learns" to resist immediate dissolution without any intervention from a subject.

The Primacy of Resistance
It defines "Duration" strictly as the physical capacity of matter not to fall apart in the next instant. Time is not presented as an abstract flow, but as the result of deceleration and cooling that allow the first persistence of particles.
Hysteretic Memory (Material)
It introduces the concept of "memory" devoid of any psychological connotation. The memory here is just mechanical repetition of settings (hysteresis). It is the foundation for an absolute materialist realism, where the universe possesses structure and retention before it possesses consciousness.
The Pre-Form Statute
It identifies an intermediate ontological state between chaos and the object. The "preform" is the relational consistency that does not yet have a fixed contour or defined figure (like the first light nuclei), but which is already distinguished from the instability of the Big Bang.
