Canonical framework
The constitutional framework of the OEC
The Constitution states the current positive positions of the Ontology of Emergent Complexity. The Constitutional Law systematises the prohibitions and incompatibilities derived from those positions.
Their authority governs attribution within the OEC corpus. It is not state or civil authority, and it does not turn constitutional inclusion into proof of truth.

Reading rule
The two documents are read together
The Constitution has precedence. The Law clarifies what cannot be attributed, incorporated, developed, or applied as a position of the OEC. Neither document replaces argument, material correspondence, verification, or critical examination.
The Foundational Act and the Philosophical Manifesto retain their inaugural and historical functions; they do not replace the current constitutional formulation.
